Rev. Robert W. Douglas Owner & Administrator
Rev. Robert W. Douglas has dedicated much of his career to supporting children, families, and community development initiatives. His professional background includes serving as Interim Director of a historic San Antonio child development center and Executive Director of Bethel Neighborhood Council, which operated Bethel Child Care Center. He is also the founder of Youth Development of America, a nonprofit organization focused on addressing critical issues affecting youth development.
His extensive experience in childcare administration and youth programs helps shape RCC Child Learning Center’s commitment to quality education and compassionate care.
Dr. Karen T. Douglas Owner & Educational Consultant
Dr. Karen T. Douglas is a tenured Professor of Psychology at San Antonio College with more than 30 years of teaching experience. Throughout her career, she has helped educate and mentor students while contributing her expertise in psychology, human development, and education.
Her educational background and understanding of child development provide valuable guidance in creating learning experiences that support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Mrs. Beryl Williams Early Childhood Education Professional
Mrs. Beryl Williams is a valued member of the RCC Child Learning Center team who is passionate about supporting children’s growth and development. She is committed to creating a positive and welcoming environment where every child feels encouraged to learn, explore, and build confidence.
Her dedication to nurturing young learners helps foster meaningful experiences that support both educational and personal development.
